Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a 3-year Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from an AICTE-recognized institute.
- Other Criteria: Applicants must be permanent residents of Assam and be able to provide a valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) or an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate of Assam.
